This year’s Access for All Roadshows brought together customers from across policing, law enforcement, government and regulatory organisations for a series of engaging events designed to share knowledge, showcase innovation and strengthen collaboration across the community.
Hosted in Birmingham, Hatfield, Bristol, Manchester and Middlesbrough, the roadshows provided a forum for customers to connect with peers, learn from real-world operational experiences and explore how organisations are using i2 capabilities to support intelligence-led decision-making, investigations and collaboration.
The 2026 roadshows attracted approximately 200 external attendees from 49 organisations, including 165 attendees from policing and law enforcement organisations and 35 attendees from wider government departments, agencies, regulators and partner organisations.
The diversity of organisations represented demonstrated the growing value of bringing practitioners together to discuss common challenges, share best practice and learn from one another's experiences. From local police forces and regional organised crime units to national agencies and government departments, attendees contributed to vibrant discussions throughout each event.
One of the biggest strengths of the roadshows was the opportunity for customers to hear directly from their peers. Through practical, customer-led sessions, delegates explored how analytical capabilities are being applied to real operational challenges.

These stories focused on outcomes rather than technology alone, giving attendees practical examples of improving access to intelligence, uncovering relationships, scaling analysis and supporting operational decision-making. The discussions that followed also enabled delegates to exchange ideas and learn from organisations facing similar challenges.
The willingness of customers to share their experiences reinforced a core objective of Access for All: creating a community where organisations can learn from one another and collectively strengthen analytical capability across policing, law enforcement and the wider public sector.
The roadshows were designed to be more than a series of presentations. They provided a space for meaningful conversations between practitioners, leaders, analysts and specialists, allowing attendees to exchange ideas, discuss future requirements and build new professional connections.
For many organisations, the events offered an opportunity to see how peers are approaching common challenges while gaining insight into future developments and opportunities available through the Access for All programme.
The enthusiasm, engagement and collaboration demonstrated throughout the roadshows reinforced the strength of the Access for All community. Bringing together organisations from across the public sector continues to create opportunities for shared learning, stronger partnerships and improved outcomes.
