What you will do

Our development teams deliver value to customers in both a desktop application in and embedded web context using React and Microsoft C#/.NET and Typescript + React technologies. This unique role provides the bridge between the embedded web technologies and the desktop application.

• Helping develop and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable frontend code using HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React

• Proven experience in C# desktop application development roles. 

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality user interfaces

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Contracts Manager will include:

Contract Management

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Data Processing Agreements (DPAs), and customer contracts.
• Provide legal support for government bids, tenders, procurement, and R&D projects.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Enablement

• Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to embed legal considerations into commercial strategy.

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.

Knowledge Management & Training

• Maintain a central repository of legal templates, legal policies, and SOPs.

As the Contracts Manager in i2, we are looking for someone who has:
 

• Relevant legal experience desirable.
• Proven experience in contract management, commercial law, and legal operations, preferably within a technology or software company.
• Experience working remotely and independently.
• Experience negotiating Public-sector agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management systems and legal technology tools (e.g., Salesforce, CLM, DocuSign).

Overview of the role:
The Junior Computational Analyst will work under the direction of the Senior Linguists & Data Scientists to provide linguistic development and enhancement of current product lines and products under development. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a high level of knowledge and understanding of computational linguistics and concepts of grammar.

Responsibilities:
• Provide linguistics support for both active products and products under development.
• Collect data as requested
• Perform lexicography work
• Perform language syntax research
• Generate XML for i2 Group core products
• Write regex patterns
• Develop rules for entity and relationship extraction
• Collect and curate data for demos, sales, and customer requests
• Customize knowledge base for specific customer needs
