Will initially served in Germany as a Military Police Platoon Leader, responsible for the development, leadership, and training for over forty Soldiers. After several years in this role, Will was selected to create and lead the first ever Criminal Intelligence section in his battalion, fusing military law enforcement and intelligence operations to best protect and serve the community. Will then deployed to Eastern Afghanistan for one year, where he worked on a remote base responsible for training Afghan National Security Forces in battle planning, law enforcement, and intelligence operations. Following his tour of duty in Afghanistan, Will was awarded the Bronze Star Medal for his actions in a Combat Zone.

Upon completion of his military service, Will honed his intelligence skills even further as a private contractor, deploying to Afghanistan two additional times to provide tactical intelligence support for Special Operations Forces. While he wasn’t deployed overseas, Will served as a Taliban Senior Leadership Analyst with United States Central Command, supporting the Defense Intelligence Agency and U.S. Military Forces during wartime.

Prior to joining i2, Will spent nearly a decade as an Intelligence Research Specialist with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms & Explosives, where he provided vital case support to operations targeting serial shooters, violent criminal, firearms trafficking, and more. Will received numerous accolades for his work in this role, including but not limited to ATF Outstanding Employee of the Year, ATF Distinguished Service Medal, National HIDTA Outstanding Intelligence Analyst, and IALEIA Award for Excellence. He was also lauded for his work supporting numerous high-profile incidents, to include mass shootings, mass bombings, and domestic terrorist-related activity. Will is a subject matter expert in the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network (NIBIN), traveling nationally and internationally to train, teach, and mentor law enforcement agencies on the benefits of NIBIN. Will was also hand selected as part of the training team at the ATF Intelligence Research Specialist Academy, where he provided training and guidance to new ATF intelligence professionals.

Will’s passion and work with i2 began over fifteen years ago, when he received training on Analyst’s Notebook while with the U.S. Army. He has been a heavy i2 user in every role since, including in three countries and on a near-daily basis with the ATF. Will’s use of i2 has assisted in thwarting major terrorist cells in Afghanistan, criminal elements in Germany, and solving countless homicides, robberies, trafficking rings, and many more crimes in America. Because of these success stories and the significance of i2 in protecting the public, Will immediately jumped at the opportunity to join the company he has relied on so heavily throughout his career. The prospect of helping law enforcement agencies acquire and use i2 products to assist in solving crimes and the arrest and prosecution of violent criminals is something he cannot wait to be a part of. He truly believes that the existence of i2 is necessary to help solve global problems and create a safer world for the public.

Outside of his professional life, Will’s favorite activity is spending quality time with his wife and two children. He is passionate about traveling, having visited over 35 countries across the globe, and relishes the chance to learn and experience new cultures. Will is also an avid sports fan, especially when it involves Florida State athletics.

Looking ahead, Will is extremely excited about the bright future at i2. With unparalleled developments and new releases supplementing an already top tier product, he looks forward to participating in many groundbreaking initiatives and helping law enforcement agencies protect their communities.
